Silicone Carbide #220

This grinding powder is fine and is the second grinding powder you should use when Tumbling stones. (STEP 2)

Fill with water until the stones in the tumbler are covered. Do not overfill, it should tumbled, not be slide around.
Check that the abrasive media is not too thick. If too thick, dilute with more water.

0.5kg stone --> Abrasive powder #220 Approx: 40ml.
1.5kg stone --> Abrasive powder #220 Approx: 50-60ml.

NOTE. Not suitable for pouring down the drain.

Personally, I recycle abrasive media and reuse it at some point by pouring it into a plastic bucket/container without a lid and letting it dry. Easier to measure next time.
