Your ordered products will usually be shipped from our warehouse within four days after the payment has been received.

SHIPPING COST

You can quickly find out your SHIPPING. enter the CART CLICK ON ESTIMATED SHIPPING & TAX.

fill in the information and press CALCULATE and you will see your shipping cost without VAT. 

VAT is added to the total.

We provide regular information about your order. Kindly check your spam basket since we discovered some e-mail systems do place them there.
If you find the shipping cost strange, please contact us for correct shipping fee.

To keep the shipping cost at a minimum but the shipment safe we will not send any products without tractability.
YOU WILL ALWAYS GET A MAIL WITH TRACKING INFORMATION FROM OUR FORWARDER(FRAKTJAKT.SE) WHEN WE MADE THE BOOKING.

SHIPPING STATUS.
Order inne/Order Received  -->  Your order has been received .
Order behandlas/Processing  -->  Your order has been paid for and is registered at the warehouse for packing.
Klart att skicka/Ready to send -->  Your order is packed and ready to be shipped.
Levererad/Delivered  -->  Your order has been booked and awaits pickup. Your order should be on it's way soon.

STRANGE SHIPPING COSTS.

Some countries are quite expensive to ship to in Europe like Schweiz, Norway, Italy, Spain etc.
However most countries have a quite ok shipping cost.
In your shopping cart, you can see your shipping cost.

Most European countries are now available for automatic shipping costs.
If your country not yet have the automatic shipping cost option installed contact us for help, save your order and we will fix it.

If the automatic shipping cost differs more than €5.00 over the actual cost of shipping then when we catch this we will refund the amount that differs. (This only complies with orders paid with Paypal) 

We are working towards a better integration with our forwarders. However, it looks like the solution is more than 6 months away.

Small packages with 1-2kg Paydirt vary from 16Euro to 18Euro in most countries but as a sample in Switzerland 28Euro.
Most packages  5kg -9kg ships to most countries for 25Euro -30Euro
Product costs over 800Euro, we will give you FREE shipping INSIDE EU.

All products will be shipped as packages by UPS, FedEx, DHL, or Post if nothing else is agreed.

All boxes will be traceable.
