You'll be hard-pressed to find anything better than the Prospector 8" & Prospector 12" if you look.

Your job is to find gold-bearing material! Then Prospector 8" solves the job of catching the gold.

And you! The clean-up module and dream mat are included in the price!

The Prospector series is mainly made of 3mm aluminum.

Prospector has adjustable leg mounts.

The legs for the Prospector series are 2 pcs 50cm, and 2 pcs 70cm. The legs are curved. All brackets and legs are electro-galvanized so they are golden. :)

The sight grid on the Prospector is approx. 13mm between the pins (1/2"), made of stainless steel and self-cleaning, it has 5mm stainless solid pins.

The crash-box is also made in 3mm aluminum with adjustment options to get the desired angle.

The adjustment legs for the Crash box are made of stainless steel for stability and durability.

Water system backwash 1.5" included.

The nugget trap comes with a reversed rifle, Miner's moss, and stretch metal.

The nugget trap often captures more than 50% of the gold. Everyone should have a nugget trap!

The water supply to the Clean-up part consists of a box in 1.5mm Aluminum 19cm x 15cm x 9cm with a 28mm water connection.

Inside the box is a water divider and Miner's moss to make the outflow evenly distributed.

All screws in the gutter are countersunk so nothing catches.

Everything is laser cut and machine bent and thus has a perfect fit. No clumsily made welds.

Running and general information:

Assembly of Prospector 8" & Prospector 12":

The only tool needed is a 13mm spanner or wrench.

Take the parts out of the box.

Screw the Crash box to the front edge with 2 wing screws m8 * 16mm

Attach the angle legs for the Crash box with 2 wing screws m6 * 12mm

Screw the longer legs, 70cm, to the Crash box and the shorter legs, 50cm, to the outlet

Install a suitable water supply

Done!

High banking:

Water flushing/washing of material

A Highbanker does not need a special pump as long as it provides enough water

For the Prospector 8", approx. 126 -220 liters of water/min (2200 -3500GPH) is enough. You can therefore also use a 12Volt electric water pump.

Like the Highbanker, a backwash water/washing system is included.

Backflush, is a 1.5" pipe that connects directly to a hose and provides a flush directly to the gravel, forcing it constantly upwards. This is one of the better water supply/washing systems out there. It doesn't hurt that it's also the cheapest.

When the material comes out of the Crash box, the smaller material falls, approx. 13mm, through the viewing grid

where it lands in the nugget trap which consists of a lower section with a reverse riffle that has miner's moss and reverse expanded metal at the top. The nugget trap usually catches more than 50% of the gold. The material then goes out into the chute where a Dream mat catches the rest of the gold.

Dredging:

As a Dredge, you can choose between 2 systems.

Jetnozzel: There the Jetnozzel is mounted directly on the Sluice.

Jet nozzles only require one hose to the suction area whereas a suction nozzle requires 2 hoses.

Jetnozzel: This is the smoothest solution that also provides the best suction.

Jetnozzel needs a high-pressure pump of about: 4-7bar and about 250-400+ liters of water/minute for the Prospector 8".

The water pump's pressure (bar) determines the depth at which you can dredge. Lower than 3-4bar is not recommended for dredging.

Suction nozzle: There you use the suction nozzle directly under the water at the suction site.

The suction nozzle requires 2 hoses out to the nozzle.

The suction nozzle needs a high-pressure pump of approx. 4-7bar and approx. 250-400+ liters of water for the Prospector 8".

Hydro-Force also counts as suction nozzle

Combine Dredge and High banker:

It works great to combine Dredging and High banker feeding of material, one sucks up material, and one digs material.

Clean up:

As a Clean-up, remove the Crash box and set it aside. Only 4 wing screws to loosen.

Then you mount the water box to the gutter part, and 2 wing screws hold it in place.

Connect water pump of appropriate size, 126-200 liters/minute. The water box has a 28mm connection. 32mm hose works well. Flow adjustment is appropriate.

Place your material on the beginning of the Dream mat and the Clean-up begins.

Generally speaking, the slope of the Cleanup chute should be as low as possible without the material clogging up.
